  • All audience members who currently hold tickets for Ripcord will be automatically reseated. BASS will be managing the reseating process, allocating comparable seats where possible. In the unlikely case that a patron will need to be re-seated to a different section (for example, from the Stalls to the Balcony) or reallocated to a new performance date, BASS will contact the ticket buyer to discuss the available options.

Should you have concerns about your tickets, please contact BASS on 131 246.

  • To accommodate our audiences safely and comfortably at the Dunstan Playhouse, we will be applying a chequerboard seating arrangement, allowing all audience members to maintain the required distance from each other.

As this seating model will halve the capacity of Dunstan Playhouse, we are pleased to offer an extended season of Ripcord, ensuring all audiences are able to book into a performance. The extended season includes an additional week of performances from 30 November to 5 December.

  • To accommodate our audiences safely and comfortably at the Dunstan Playhouse, we will be applying a chequerboard seating arrangement, based on the model utilised for our performances of Gaslight at Her Majesty’s Theatre in September. This allows all audience members to maintain the required distance from each other. This seating arrangement will apply to all patrons, regardless of their relationship.

Please see the image below for an illustration of the chequerboard layout:

Patrons are also required to keep 1.5m from others wherever possible in foyers and queues.

  • To maintain appropriate physical distancing between all audience members, the chequerboard seating layout will apply to all patrons, regardless of their relationship. Patrons will not be permitted to move or change seats during a performance, as this may affect other audience members in the rows behind and in front.
