    State Theatre Company South Australia, with its home on Kaurna land, is the flagship theatre company of South Australia and is a resident artistic company of the Adelaide Festival Centre.

    We commission, perform and tour theatrical productions of new and existing, classic and contemporary, Australian and international work.

  • We are in search of a Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team.

    We are looking for an experienced graphic design/content professional, who is collaborative and pragmatic, with an inquisitive and comprehensive approach. You will have a sound understanding of managing brands and marketing collateral, regarding design consistency and strength and also an understanding of how graphic design fits with an integrated marketing communication strategy and approach. This position provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your abilities in creating print and digital content.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will be responsible for –

    • In-house graphic design to produce a range of high-quality communications and marketing materials (online and print)
    • Managing the visual identity of the State Theatre Company brand, including maintaining a style guide and ensuring it is consistently applied to all materials.
    • Coordinating a graphic design production schedule to prioritise work accommodating production lead times and deadlines.
    • Producing/coordinating a variety of video and photo content to be used for season launches, subscription campaigns, and show campaigns
    • Support State Theatre Company’s online presence through monitoring, basic content management and graphic design support
    • Assisting the Marketing team with planning, executing and growing digital marketing campaigns
    • Creating and managing online content for the company website and working with the Marketing Team to ensure consistency across online media channels

    This is a full-time (5 days per week – 1.0 FTE) fixed-term contract (2 years).
