Flinders University: Coming of Age in Australia

State Theatre Company South Australia was proud to support Flinders University’s recent production Coming of Age in Australia: An Anthology of Australian Theatre by providing set and costume pieces for the show.

With a long-standing relationship, Flinders University and State Theatre Company South Australia partnership provides valuable opportunities to engage with emerging artists, facilitate career development and offer industry experience to Drama students.

“Our partnership with State Theatre Company has made it possible for our students to undertake an ambitious production which surveys the whole modern history of Australian playwriting,” says Dr Christopher Hurrell, Lecturer at the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. “The expertise and resources of State Theatre regular Kathryn Sproul, and the STCSA wardrobe department and prop shop made the production look authentic and stunning.”
