Ripcord Post-Show Survey Prize Draw

Promoter: This competition is conducted by State Theatre Company South Australia (STCSA) ABN 55 386 202 154 of Level 1, Fowler’s Building (Lion Arts Centre), Corner North Terrace and Morphett Street, Adelaide 5000 South Australia.

Eligibility: Entry is open to persons who (i) is at least 18 years of age, (ii) attend a performance of Ripcord held between Tuesday 1 December 2020 and Sunday 13 December 2020 at Dunstan Playhouse, Adelaide Festival Centre, Festival Dr, Adelaide SA 5000, and (iii) enters the competition by completing and submitting the Post-Show Feedback Survey digitally. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Competition Period: The competition commences at 10am on Wednesday 2 December 2020 (ACDT) and closes at 6.00pm on Wednesday 16 December 2020 (ACDT).

By submitting a completed form in to the draw, each entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and consents to being contacted by STCSA.

The Prize: The winner of the draw will receive a prize consisting of a dining voucher to KOOMO restaurant, located in Crowne Plaza Adelaide. The Prize is valued at RRP $100.00. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Any images shown are only for illustration purposes.

Prize Draw: The prize draw will take place by lottery on Thursday 17 December 2020 between 10.00am and 11.00am at the STCSA administration office and the winner will be notified in person, by e-mail or via telephone within 5 business days of the winner being drawn. No redraws. If the prize remains unclaimed by the winner for 5 business days after notification, the prize will be forfeited. All decisions made by STCSA are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The collection or delivery of the prize will be arranged by the prize winner and STCSA. The winner must ensure that at the time of acceptance of the prize, such acceptance does not conflict with any law, policy or guideline of its employer, including any law, policy or guideline in connection with acceptance of gifts or prizes by public sector employees. STCSA accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize. STCSA reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity. All decisions made by STCSA are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: any warranty, condition, right or liability implied by law is excluded; STCSA, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential) which is suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the competition, including the supply and use of the Prize; any warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer of the Prize to which the Eligible Person is entitled and any claims based on any such warranties shall be solely between the Eligible Person and the manufacturer. STCSA reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. To the extent permitted by law, STCSA is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winner, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winner. By entering this competition, entrants agree that STCSA may use the personal information it collects from them to conduct this competition, including determining and notifying the winner and disclosing that information to the prize suppliers.
