In 2022, State Theatre Company South Australia celebrates its 50th birthday!

We marked the occasion with a reception at Government House on Wednesday 13 April, 50 years to the day since the company’s legislation in 1972. Later we celebrated again at our 50th birthday fundraiser, generously hosted by company friends and supporters Sarah & Geoff Rohrsheim on Friday 6 May.

Thank you to all the artists, audiences, staff and board members, creative partners, supporters and donors who have made the Company’s work possible across so many years. We cannot be more excited for the next 50 years.
